WHAT IS DCBG LIVE?
Dear Christian Black Girl has always been about creating a space where women feel seen, heard, and supported in their faith journey.
This June, we’re bringing that same heart into the room.
DCBG Live is designed for the woman who loves God but is navigating real life — growth, healing, waiting, stretching, and becoming.
This is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain your season, or have everything figured out.
You can just come as you are… and be poured into.

what to expect...
DCBG Live is designed to create an atmosphere where you can slow down, breathe, and be refreshed. The evening will include a powerful time of worship, honest and faith-centered conversation, and intentional moments of connection.
More than anything, this experience is about creating space for you to be encouraged, poured into, and reminded that you’re not walking this journey alone.
Because some moments aren’t meant to be watched — they’re meant to be experienced.
who this is for...
This experience is for the Black Christian woman who loves God but is navigating a real-life season. Maybe you’ve been growing, healing, waiting, stretching, or trying to find clarity in what’s next.
Maybe your heart has been longing for deeper connection, spiritual renewal, and a space where you can rest, receive, and just come as you are.
If you’ve ever listened to Dear Christian Black Girl and felt seen, encouraged, or understood... you belong in this room.

meet your host
Geri Alicea is the voice behind Dear Christian Black Girl, a faith-based podcast and community created to remind women that they are seen, heard, and deeply loved by God.
As a content creator, podcast host, and creative director, Geri has a heart for creating spaces where women can show up fully—without pressure to perform or pretend. Through honest conversations, shared experiences, and a deep commitment to faith, she leads with transparency and intention. Her approach is rooted in authenticity, creating room for both joy and healing in every space she’s called to lead.
At the Dear Christian Black Girl LIVE Experience, Geri will bring the heart of the podcast into the room... creating space for worship, real conversations, and the kind of connection that reminds every woman: you belong here. This experience is more than an event, it’s an invitation to encounter God, be poured into, and leave feeling seen, supported, and strengthened in your walk.
